If you go to the IDP forums here at footballguys, it sounds like he will release one this year. I'm sure it will be released within the next week or two.

Bloom and I are putting together a comprehensive team-by-team recap of the draft for both sides of the ball for release tomorrow and both hoping to have our respective draft releases -- the Bloom 100 and my combined draft board -- ready as early as possible this week.
