He will likely be slow - getting into football shape is extremely tough with hamstring injuries, which is why so many of them linger throughout the season.
He may give the team a lift because single coverage will exist on Porter, Reggie, and Matt Jones. And he may have a nice debut, esp. if targeted in the red zone. But, with the way Garrard has performed and the way the Jags concentrate on the running game, I do not expect to see him shredding defenses or seeing 10+ targets anytime soon.
