This is my first risky pick. Top TE potential, but with concussion and injury history:

All WRs / RBs are relative to each other... and PPR isn't THAT crazy (esp when ADP data is for PPR leagues). The only "oddity" is the half PPR for RB.

Not saying it's balls on... but its decent data.

The oddity is that it's a PPR league and you only have to start 1 RB, and you can start 4 WRs. I play in two dynasty leagues with simliar settings and 8-9 years later people still don't get it.

And this roster composition affects WR values relative to each other, how again?

It makes WR3 and some WR4 produce more than RB2's. Unless you have two top 15 RB's, you are probably only going to start one RB. Virtually everyone should be starting at least 3 WR's in this format. That said, I think people almost overdone it this year going after WR's and neglecting other positions in this draft.
