John DiGiorgio (1 Viewer)

I see he is listed #10 on the cheatsheets here, however on my cbssportsline website he is listed as having zero points this week. Anybody know anything?

Does anyone know what the future holds for DiGiorgio? Will he go back to the bench next year? Or move to SLB?

:shrug:I picked him up when Poz went down, so now I have both in my dynasty league. I'm curious as to whether it's worth keeping him.

He put up respectable numbers. You'd think he earned a starting spot, if not with the Bills then somewhere. I picked him up cheap at the beginning of the season in a couple of leagues and am wondering if he's keeper material.

Anything is possible of course. But it seems clear that the Bills see Posluszny as the long term MLB. Crowell has a spot and Ellison started the season as the ROLB. Both are signed through 2008. DiGiorgio is a nice player, but was considered a backup once Poz earned a starting role. I suppose he could challenge Ellison, who's just a replacement level talent, for a starting role, but it'll be tough for him to earn every down snaps without another injury.

I thought he played so poorly the last two weeks that if the Bills had anyone healthy enough to play they should have cut him.

It is hard to tell if it was his fault or the small DLine. This past week especially he was getting blocked 15 yards down field almost every play.

The tackles he did make seemed to be like a blind dog finding a bone.

Having said that I think there is room for him but not as the starting MLB for the Bills. As a short term backup and a solid special teamer.

I don't think he can play Strong Side so he won't beat out Angelo Crowell and I think the Bills are somewhat happy with Keith Ellison on the weak side.

He was an undrafted FA with more heart than talent in my opinion.

A good injury replacement but I don't see him being a long term success for anyone.
