To those with backgrounds in bankruptcies/credit:
Two people, married, have joint bankruptcy on their credit. One has a Civil Bankruptcy, the other has a Civil Judgment. The docket number and amount due is the exact same. Shouldn't people who file a joint bankruptcy have the same type of bankruptcy or is there some difference I'm overlooking?
How does this happen?
Thanks!
