I've got Cantu at $5 from last year. Has he got the third base job? In an NL only league, would you keep him?

I'm inclined to, as I believe when you can get a starter at an everyday position for $5 or less, you do it.

He's a pretty deep sleeper and probably not on any teams in any leagues I am in, but I have been keeping my eye on him.....he's been hitting the ball pretty well this spring, and has had some success in the majors in the past.

The Marlins plan to go with Jorge Cantu as their starting third baseman to open the season, according to MLB.com. They released his primary competitor, Jose Castillo, who was later claimed by the Giants. "Our feeling was Jorge Cantu had a leg up on the competition," said Larry Beinfest, the Marlins president of baseball operations.
