Rotoworld reports that julio jones is on the injury report after practice today, possibly could have reinjured his hamstring anyone have any info on it

really was liking my andre johnson, miles austin, julio jones, jordy nelson wr core.... be careful out there jordy.

Rotoworlds take on this with information so far:

Julio Jones (hamstring) back on injury report

Julio Jones (hamstring) was added to the Falcons' injury report on Thursday.

It's too early to panic. Jones' limited work could be a sign that he was forced from practice after pulling the hamstring. Alternatively, the Falcons may have just decided to ease up on his practice workload. We won't have a good read on his status for Sunday until the Falcons provide an update.

From Rotoworld:

Julio Jones (hamstring) was limited in Falcons practice again Friday.

It was the second straight day that Jones was limited. Our guess is that the Falcons simply scaled back Jones' reps in order to make sure he's near or at 100 percent for Sunday's game against the division rival Saints. They often "limit" skill players in practice throughout the week. Atlanta-New Orleans has a 1PM ET start Sunday, so we will know Jones' official status early.

Anybody have any thoughts on the full practice Wednesday turning into limited Thursday and Friday? I think ATL will need him to have a shot against the Saints, and will surely want him on the field if possible. Considering the way the rest of the league is handling hamstring injuries this year (Foster, A. Johnson, etc. etc.), it seems that the trend is to take extra precaution. I suppose limited is better than out.

That also raises the question of: how good is Julio if he's a bit gimpy?

In my opinion, if it was a serious tweak he wouldn't have practiced today.

If he's limited today it means maybe they didn't want to push him for the game.

Anyone know what his practice schedule was like last week? Curious if he was limited Thurs/Fri at all...

Limited Wednesday and Thursday, practiced in full on Friday.

Same type of practice last week and Jones was spectacular. I expect more of the same as he starts coming into his own as projected. The only thing that really concerns me is Atlanta has found the run game with Turner. I think we see a very balanced offensive attack the second half of the season as Atlanta starts to assert itself as a legitimate NFC contender. The NO - ATL game intrigues me the most...well almost, I am a wholeheartedly true-blooded Lions fan FIRST!

I am sure they are limiting him in practice so that he can be rested up and ready for the game. I don't own him in any leagues... unfortunately I own Roddy.

Did you not read what I just posted?

Julio Jones (hamstring) was limited in Falcons practice again Friday, but is listed as probable for Week 11.

The probable tag means the Falcons consider Jones "virtually certain" to start and be available for his normal role. Our guess is that the Falcons simply scaled back Jones' practice reps this week in order to make sure he's at 100 percent for Sunday's game against the division rival Saints. They often "limit" skill players in practice throughout the week. Jones should be in fantasy lineups for a potential shootout with a 50-point over/under.Source: Chris Mortensen on TwitterNov 11 - 2:01 PM
