Despite the final score it wasn't anything close to easy. Major kudos to the defense for continuing to overcome major injuries to hold a dangerous mobile QB led offense to 6 points.
You deserve those gloves.
He was walking fine. He was on the bike for a while. Feeling his left knee a bit. He did not look in pain.

I go to Indy quite a bit, so this was mostly for the game. I was in the club area, so I just ate there. The brisket was really good. My seats were super awesome, practically sat on the bench with the offense. The only bad part was I has to keep telling Skipper to move so I could see
He was on the Detroit sidelines talking Sheila and others. I could not hear them but I could read Roger's lips saying something to Sheila about don't worry there will be holding penalties on all their big plays.

It was bad coming out of college, also going back to high school. 50% of the time, it works every time. As much as I hope it clicks for him, it would be a remarkable transformation if he were to make significant improvement at this level of play. We can make hopeful comparisons to Josh Allen in year 1 but this is even worse than Andre Ware.

The Lions shut out the AFC South (Texans, Colts, Titans, Jaguars) in the second half of all 4 of their games.

I didn't check in the second half, but at halftime PFF's live grades had this as the worst coverage game the Lions have played this season. His guys were winning their one on ones.
He missed a deep ball badly when Alec Pierce was wide open, and his backup TE dropped a TD pass. Also, the Colts had 97 yards of offense wiped out by penalties. They shot themselves in the foot often.
It's not a monumental stretch to say a couple of those plays get completed + a slightly less flag happy crew, and this could have been a competitive game.
