Frustrating to dominate with a team during the regular season and then lose out due to 1 sub par week's worth of performances (or Peterson taking off a Monday night game). I found a league with a total points type contest over the final 3 weeks. I really enjoy this. Curious to what others prefer.

If h2h is used during the regular season, then h2h should be used for the playoffs.

If you're frustrated with your playoff system trying starting a league with no playoffs, just a 17-week regular season. This assures the best team wins every year. You can keep the team's who are out of it early interested by paying out to the most points in each week.

Just curious what rule book says this though? Not saying you are wrong. Would you think it ok for a league that uses VPs to switch to a total points race for the playoffs?

You asked what we prefer. I prefer the regular season setup and playoffs be a similar format. Any league can do as the please, I just wouldn't play in them.
