JuSt CuZ They're My Sleepers! (1 Viewer)

Congratulations Buzzbait. You have pissed in the shark pool it's stinging my eyes. You're so awesome to piss and ruin this thread. Welcome to my ignore list, you deserve a vacation but the mods are letting the piss flow this year, thank the ignore function.

I admire your courage to pick players who had breakout games last week.
Andy Dalton, Lance Moore, and Oakland had breakout weeks last week? hmmm, didnt know that, thanks for the feedback. lol
Dalton was 27-41 332yds and 2TDs. If that doesn't constitute for a breakout week then I'm at a loss to understand how much better he'd need to be.
Yes I know how he performed well, but what did he do the week before? I consider a "breakout week" as an insane week or a great week against a good team. He better throw for 300 yards against a bad team while elites are throwing for 400-500 against good teams. Things have changed, 300 is the old 200...so get caught up with the times, and stop living in the "stats" of last year. lolIs he no longer a sleeper, did he jump to starter on your team, is he a must start for you?
You seem a bit defensive. Look, I like the thread and don't really have issue with the premise. But calling a guy who threw more than 40 times with a 66% completion rate and 330+ yards a breakout this week is just silly in my opinion. Did you expect Dalton to throw for more than 300 yards last week? I didn't and I don't think you'll find any FFL web site predict that Dalton would have been near those stats. A breakout player IMO is picking a guy to exceed expectations. The cats out of the bag with Dalton. Jumping on the wagon now is a week late to the dance.
Ok, well we can discuss breakout player...this thread is titled "Sleepers'Is he no longer a sleeper?

No, so your argument is pointless and is just an attepmt to argue and try to hijack the thread.
Hijack the thread? How is pointing out Dalton's stats last week and offering an opinion hijacking? LOL! I'm TRYING to have a legit conversation. I'm out as you obviously seem more intent on being argumentative and thin skinned. You want to call players who had their coming out party last week "breakouts" this week then have at it.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ME ARGUMENTATIVE?

You come into a sleeper thread, obviously titled, and start an argument with me that hes a break out player. Then you go an type the underlined when my whole argument has been he is not a breakout player and he is stilla sleeper.

Your whole point now looks like you were trying to argue.
That post you quoted was made AFTER you said "No, so your argument is pointless and is just an attepmt to argue and try to hijack the thread."I didn't come in to argue but yeah...I responded in such AFTER you put the pedal down and accused me of hijacking a thread after I had only posted Dalton's stats last week and questioned him being a sleeper. Don't piss on me and then question why someone else pisses back.

Davone Bess - Joe Haden is becoming a shutdown corner for Cle and I have to imagine he will be tracking Brandon Marshall this week. I think Bess will benefit. And for the same reasons I think reggie Bush will have a bounceback week in PPR with 5-6 receptions.

Not that I need to contribute to the pissing match but Dalton is definitely sleeper. There is so much hype on Nelson that I wouldn't call him a sleeper at this point.

I ridiculed (rightfully so) Just Cuz's sleeper pick last week of Stafford. But I gotta defend him here as I would still consider Dalton a sleeper. He is still sitting on waivers in my league despite that breakout week and if someone wanted to take a flyer on him to start this week that would be a sleeper IMO.
