Floating in Limbo......by Waldman

I know you guys get kudos quite often in here for the work you do, but I felt the need to post cause these articles rocked....the kind of stuff that makes this place kick ###........personally, these type of articles benefit me the most.....I know you guys spend a ton of time on projections and rankings, etc......but these are the type of articles that I think help us as fantasy players the most.....by now, most rankings and projections and cheatsheets are starting to look about the same, and most of us have formulated our opinions on players, but these type of articles address some of the things that get lost in all the numbers.....and can usually help us confirm our position, or in the case of when I read these articles, maybe change the way we look at something if we have "locked" in a preconceived notion in our head.....

many of the thoughts discussed in these articles were things I had kicking around in my head as I head into a weekend of drafts, and just a few simple things that were in these articles, already have me feeling better about my approach as I get ready to pull the trigger on some of the decisions I will make this weekend.....

anybody that is not a subscriber is missing out.....thats all there is to it....

Agreed. The subscription is money well spent for so many different reasons, but these were great. Keep up the good work.

I really do enjoy when you break out WHY you think a certain way. I like the pop ups that come up on the projections as well. Thats why I like the shark pool so much, there are a lot of posters that go into great detail of why they think a certain thing. (see MOP on running backs article) or all the player spotlights. I love the stat breakdown that some of the writers in here are good at pulling out, (other than year end stats that don't tell you as much).

thanks for these articles

totally agree. these are also my fave types of articles. plain rankings and stats can't convey the thoughts behind them. more...more...more!

Agreed. I was thinking the same things after reading these. A short paragraph on a player in From the Gut, Swing for the Fences, Deep Sleepers or Perfect Draft will stick in my memory more with context and trigger better decision making during the draft.

It is these types of tidbits/stream-of-consciousness/random thoughts/developed opinions that are among the best subscriber content. Keep up the good work.

+1

Very, very good articles. Great teams are made by players that take good risks and these are the types of articles that help us make good, calculated risks. Great job.
