Mcnabb; torn ACL, I've read an 8-10 month recovery. Plays on a pass happy offense. But, will Reid stick around? Many are saying he's on the hot seat. Can Donovan recover from his second season ending injury in a row or is the combination of his body breaking down and the lack of a run game protecting him too much to overcome? Will Culpepper be the better QB in 2007 at least with Donovan's recovery?

Culpepper. Everything is well documented here. Will the recovery of another off season restore him to health? With the way Harrington is playing will he have a job? What kind of prospects will he have with Miami with regards to offensive system, surrounding talent, and team performance.

These questions are geared towards keeper/dynasty leagues. Tell us what you think. :D

Mcnabb - will be a stud again by late 2007.

Culpepper - on the Aaron Brooks career track, unless physical problems were more to blame for his struggles than decision making (not sure I believe that).

I was planning on keeping McNabb next year, even with the injury, but the emergence of Romo may change my mind. If it was between McNAbb and C-pepp, it's a no-brainer to keep McNabb.

Joey Harrington is a better going-forward NFL QB than Culpepper.
If Miami decides to go with Harrington in 2007 what will they do with Culpepper. Trade or cut him?It would be great for Culpepper and Moss dynasty owners if he went to Oakland and rejoined Moss. This is the only way I see him having any FF value.

Culpepper in Oakland would be interesting, for sure..but I'm not sure he could survive, behind that makeshift O-line, long enough to pass the ball 5 yards downfield..he'd get killed..and it wasn't Moss that made Culpepper as much as it was Chris Carter's terrific hands..

Culpepper's value was based largely on his mobility and the need for the D to respect it. Without that ability Culpepper becomes a turnover prone, stationary target that D's will tee-off on. I don't forsee the knee ever being 100% again. My guess is he backs up Harrington next season and never returns to form. Might catch on with another team for a starting gig, but re-injury or poor play will relegate him back to the bench. No signifigant value in a dynasty format.

I voted McNabb by default.

I think we can narrow the factors down to these:

McNabb - has a future in the NFL

Culpepper - not so much
