I need to keep 4 players. Really need some advice from a new pair of eyes. Thank you for any and all help! Sorry, meant to mention, straight 4 keeper league with 16 teams and to play 3 RB's you must play 2 TE's. 

Newton, Cam CAR QB

Crowell, Isaiah CLE 

Farrow, Kenneth LAC RB 

Gillislee, Mike NEP RB

Gordon, Melvin LAC RB

Hyde, Carlos SFO RB

Anderson, Robby NYJ WR

Cooper, Amari OAK WR

Gabriel, Taylor ATL WR

Doyle, Jack IND TE

Fiedorowicz, C.J. HOU TE 

Gresham, Jermaine ARI TE

Reed, Jordan WAS TE

Is there a round which you can keep these players or is it a straight keep 4?

If it's a straight keep 4, then I would keep Gordon, Cooper, Crowell, and Hyde.  If you can't start 3 RBs, then I would keep Reed instead of Hyde.

I would concur with that not knowing any keeper rounds.

That changes things, Crow, Gordon, Reed, Doyle. That way you can play with another RB that you draft.
