Keeper league - best free site to host? (1 Viewer)

Some buddies of mine and I are trying to figure out the best site to host a keeper league with an online draft. The keeper rules allow you to keep up to 3 players, but you have to give up a draft pick 3 rounds higher than the spot he was originally drafted in ... so this isn't the type of keeper league where the commish can just enter the first couple of rounds to account for the players kept.

Any suggestions on good free websites that might accommodate this type of keeper setup?
