Hi. Welcome to the Footballguys Forums and I apologize for the other comments. One of the biggest challenges we have as a forum is in attracting new folks to visit.
This forum is for non football talk. We have the Shark Pool forum that is all Football Talk. And for questions specific for your own league or situation, the Assistant Coach is the right forum.
For your question, we have Cook as the 29 overall player. Montgomery at 65th overall and White as the 98th overall https://www.footballguys.com/rankings/duration/preseason.
So all three players are roughly similar value based on the round. I'd probably lean to Cook there but I'd be ok with all those. Good luck and thanks for joining the forum. I'll lock this thread here and I hope you'll join us in the Shark Pool or Assistant Coach.
