Winslow is already looking like a smaller part of the Bucs pass offense than ever. If he is ailing, it might be time to drop him.

Kellen Winslow was held to just 20 yards on two receptions against the Falcons in Week 3.One of Josh Freeman's throws went right through Dezmon Briscoe's hands and into the waiting arms of Winslow. He was targeted just one other time while being outproduced by rookie Luke Stocker (2 catches, 33 yards). Winslow has averaged just 32 yards the past two weeks after 66 yards in the opener. Was wondering what we are doing with Kellen Winslow now. I've had Winslow on my roster for years and am well aware that he gets a lot of practice time off, but usually comes up big on Sunday. I usually ignore the KFFL and Rotoworld blurbs that alarm KWIII owners that he missed practice. But it's alarming that FBG's update has Winslow as a potential cut candidate. He's my only TE on my roster, and the wire is picked almost clean. Anyone else worried or at least a little concerned?

Yes I am concerned because Freeman isn't playing very well. I don't think that you can outright cut him, but he's on my bench in all 3 of my leagues where I own him.

The difficulty with cutting winslow now is that the waiver wire is quite dry for TE. In my league i have a. hernandez with winslow as my back up. I was planning on relying on winslow until hernandez comes back, but if i cant squeeze at least 5 pts out of winslow i feel i should look elsewhere. Waiting for monday night to see if your TE is going to play and if he does you are not guaranteed many points is a tough situation.

As a longtime Winslow dynasty league owner (on and off), he routinely misses a practice or two a week. This has been done for years now to help his knees make it through the season. His production has me worried, but he started real slow last year IIRC and he really picked it up later in the year. I would call him a hold for now.

It's the entire offense that is struggling. If they can put it together Winslow should be decent again. If they can't, then everyone is going to be negatively affected.
