Just wanted to thank you advance for your thoughts and feedback. I've been a Kendall Hunter fan since the 49ers drafted him last year. I really like his skill set and I like how he plays the game. Watching him today actually made me like him more. After fumbling his first kick return--I felt like he added a nice burst to the rushing attack. I also liked how he looked catching balls out of the backfield. His stat line is not great--but in essence he had like 7 touches for almost 45 yards--which is not bad. I keep reading how he's a handcuff at best when brandon jacobs comes back--and I was wondering your thoughts on this. I feel like the reason why the niners got kendall hunter is because he's a change of pace back from how gore runs the ball. In my opinion, Jacobs is a big physical runner--more similar to that of gore. I feel like Hunter will still get touches even with Jacobs comes back..and if Gore does get hurt--Kendall would be the guy to own. I'm wondering this because a lot of the blogs and sites that I go to almost seem make it sound like he's a waste of a roster spot/stash--whereas I feel like he's a very solid stash. I'd like to know your overall thoughts.
