I've grown to appreciate this performance as time has passed. It was a masterful trolling of Drake at the very least.

I still can't understand his lyrics. Not sure if was his pace or the music/bass drowning out his voice.

Well, I don’t like Jazz either, but love blues. You know when you like something when you hear it and that isn’t it.

I don’t love rap but I love music in general (and play drums, guitar and sing). I don’t love jazz or classical much either (except the catchy “pop hits” in those genres). But when I listen to Kendrick’s songs I hear such amazing musicality and taste that it draws me in.
But most of the other rap my 2 sons listen too is just angry noise to me. With bass notes designed to make your car metal rattle. No thanks
