Having testosterone and allowing someone to egg him into a fight. He's a kid. Seems clear CJ knew it would be coming and tried to stop it.what did he get arrested for again a week ago?
I don't think he was ever arrested . . .what did he get arrested for again a week ago?
You mean: "all he does is catch TDs"? Problem is, with WRs the balance tends to shift, unlike RBs who may be goalline backs and TD dependent. WRs, if they catch a lot of TDs, tend to see more targets, and thus more yards. Sure it's not true in every case, but when it's a young promising WR, it's simply foolish to write him off like SSOG did. It's funny everyone trying to jump on SSOG about this. What he said was at the time true. Britt's fantasy value was entirely dependent on TD's, which are very unreliable. Just because he had a monster game does not change the fact that prior to this game, his value was entirely dependent on TD's.
Britt was injured early in the game. He could miss a few weeks. He was doing well with both Young and Collins. So, if Vince Young plays you should sit Britt and if Collins plays Britt would be a spot start?
Thanks, did not watch the game nor look at injury reports. Hurts a little though getting a 0 but life goes on.Britt was injured early in the game. He could miss a few weeks. (KFFL) Tennessee Titans WR Kenny Britt (hamstring) suffered a right hamstring injury in Week 8 that is likely to sideline him indefinitely, according to Jim Wyatt and David Climer, of The Tennessean. Head coach Jeff Fisher said Britt, who is scheduled for an MRI Monday, Nov. 1, would be out for an extended period of time.

pop from hammy?would love to know how long he's gonna be out....hearing a "pop" is never good...
Fisher said he'll be out a significant amount of time. I don't know that you'll get much more info here.MRI was yesterday, but no results?(KFFL) Tennessee Titans WR Kenny Britt (hamstring) suffered a right hamstring injury in Week 8 that is likely to sideline him indefinitely, according to Jim Wyatt and David Climer, of The Tennessean. In my post I assumed Nate was on a team as he is in all my leagues so in that regard he's not a WW option.I think Williams will be better in PPR and Nate in other. One big caveat here is Fisher (or Heimerdinger) has to increase Williams snaps and not go relying on Gage again. That's not definite here. Each week since preseason Williams is getting involved more and more. He seems like a good kid, a good teammate, and Fisher has praised his effort. Williams is simply a WR you watch and say "nice catch rook" over and over. He's not a guy that is super exciting with all these moves or makes fans drool over his "measurables." As I said weeks ago, it's pathetic but he offers a reliability that the other WRs don't in that he will do all he can to catch the ball and actually catch it. IIRC he got in one game late and had four catches. In another he was in on the key last chance drive and made a catch or two then as well. The Titans (and their QBs) are starting to gingerly show some faith in the kid.Williams over Nate Washington?
This was what i posted a few weeks ago. He's got 4, 3 and 2 catches. IIRC the latter two stats were on very key drives for the Titans. Last chance drive against the Chargers for example. Why is the rook in there then? Why didn't he have a few catches the rest of the game? Both are somewhat important Qs.Damian's forgotten because the Titans passing game is meh. It is more and more likely that Damian and Britt are their starters in the future. By season's end, Mariani will have made people notice him as a WR too.In preseason, Mariani and Williams (Williams missed a game or two) made the plays while Britt didn't and got under Fisher's skin. Williams did pretty well with his limited opportunity and Mariani has done well as a return guy. One thing in Young's defense is, other than Nate Washington at times, his WRs aren't predictably reliable. There's a feeling of hope for a half second before a WR catches it that's just wrong to have so often as a fan watching the game. The Titans haven't had reliability since Mason. They have guys that can make a nice deep play, can make a tough catch etc., but they all have had this annoying habit of making the routine plays difficult. Fisher can be boring (and for some unknown reason I say him and not Heimerdinger) through repetition. It's a leap to predict great things for Williams. It is, but I just don't think it's anywhere near as big a leap as dynasty folks seem to think. When Gage had a good rhythm going he went from a Bears castoff to a real decent player for one year. Scaife has had these nice strings of productivity because he was a reliable target for Young.Roydell Williams did for a brief time too.The team is oddly desperate for a guy that can make the routine catches and ...don't sleep on Williams here. I'd buy Britt but, they're desperate for a guy like Williams. IF his star rises, it'll be fast.falls at least this game....Collins has looked at #17 (williams i think)could have had his best game tonight...then Young gets hurtDoes Britt's value rise or fall with Collins in?![]()
I understand that, but I still want to know if its a tear or strain and if so what grade etc.Fisher said he'll be out a significant amount of time. MRI results are very likely to just make Fish say again that he'll be out a significant amount of time.
Significant hammy injuries also seem very likely to have a player return, practice and there's still a strong chance it could tighten up and the guy won't play. My GUESS is Britt's prob done for FF reg season.
If WW is weak, I'd get Damian Williams with low expectations. Might be OK in PPR.
