I haven't seen it but it sure seems like he's been wonderful by the stats
Oops, only 100 yds.Guy's got some nice hands. He's not outrunning anyone but he and Schaub found a good groove. It's not CJ/TJ, but I'm more optimistic about the Texans starting receivers now than any other season at this point. It's preseason and it's the Saints though...

If he got to play against Jason David every week he'd be all-pro.The Saints had Kenny Chesney practicing with them this week. I'm pretty sure he burned David too.
how does jason david still have a starting job in this league? i would have thought after the colts game last year he'd be working at wal-mart. lito sheppard can't start, but this guy can? as for walter, i had him last year and he was serviceable. not much more. i may target him with my final WR spot in the league where I own Schaub, but just becuase I can't get Andre Johnson. In my other league, he fits in well with my team name (White Lightning) so I will look to draft him there.

I've been saying all preseason that I really think Walter is this season's poor-mans Welker. I think he's a fantastic WR3/4 on a redraft PPR team. Let's hope I'm right.

*Bump*

Any thoughts from Houston homers on Walters. I know he's only played one game, but is he holding any value right now? I'm looking at possibly trading him and want to know how the homers (and the Shark Pool in general) feel about him. Has anyone's thoughts about him changed since training camp?

Week 1: 3 receptions on 4 targets, 41 yards, including a 14 yard TD.

Week 2: Hurricane induced Bye.

Week 3: ?

He has value to me, but I'm a homer. The guy who has Walter in my league also owns David Patten. He isn't starting Walter and he didn't start him week one, so he probably thinks Walter doesn't have much value. I offered him Devery Henderson for Walter straight up. I hope he takes it, because I think Walter is a much better option at WR3 than many realize. He will get plenty of looks from Schaub this season, and the schedule gets a lot easier after week 5.

He is a nice value right now. They have a tough start to the schedule with Pit, Bal(moved), Ten, Jac. The Miamis and Detroits and Cinci are coming though.

Their running game is a big question mark, so i think Walter and Daniels will provide consistent if unspectacular stats next to AJ.
