Based on two games? You are overreacting. He has been as consistent as any LB all year and was 13th in FBG scoring prior to this week. I would gladly take him on my team going forward. Finally... some real discussion... AB; what happen to him then. Howard isn't having a problem; 4 Solos in 2 games @ very good match ups.

I didn't see either game, so I can't say for sure. I know last week they played the Packers, who are a bad matchup for LBs. Todays game, I really don't know why. The matchup was pretty good on paper. But I do know every player has a bad statistical game every now and then.KellysHeroes said:

Actually, Howard's numbers are down, with yesterday as the recent exception, and so are Robert Thomas' over the past two weeks. It just sounds like no one on that Oakland defense is putting up any numbers, they are down across the board... Burgess, Sapp, and the DB's too. Looking at the box score would seem to indicate that Oakland is rotating a lot of players, likely trying to find out which ones will return next year. When a team gives up 49 points, they aren't going to get a boatload of tackles.
Clemens is listed as an LB on the roster, but is on the depth chart as a DE... on the left DE spot he's #58, on the RDE he's listed as #48?! Game Book lists Clemens as a DE/LB substitution. Sands also played a lot and started over Warren. I'm taking a guess that Morrison got rested so they could look at Clemens.
So, if I were to ask about Morrison, this is the sort of info I would include, doing a little work myself and then asking... instead of just waiting for manna to fall from the sky, and demanding answers to my questions that I haven't bothered to research at all. Now you know, it isn't you I don't like, it the way you demand answers without doing any back up research. Yet, I've seen you say you would never subcribe, you would never pay for anyone else's rankings. Instead, you just demand answers. That's what bugs me kid.

At first I thought you were being rude, but I think you have a valid point.I am a subscriber pretty much for the IDP coverage. The EOTG report before each season is worth the subscription price. Kelly, you should try it for one year. The EOTG will help you be ahead of IDP developments instead of playing catchup.Rovers said:

I'm actually not trying to bust his chops. I'm trying to show him how some legwork on his part might generate better discussion to his one liner questions. I took the time to look into what happened, and just from NLF.com came up with some ideas as to what is going on with the Oakland defense. Doing that provides a better basis for discussion. At first, I thought perhaps they were running at Howard, but the play by play indicates most of Taylor's runs were up the middle, between the tackles. It isn't that hard to look into these things and have a better thread starter than just complaining about a given player's performance. Bring something to the table when you post. I don't think it is reasonable to just whine about a given player's FF stats without at least looking into it a little bit on your own. He's a youngster.... and that's OK, but as most teenagers are apt to be, unwilling to take constructive critisisms.
IMO Rovers actually gave you some pretty good info in his last post. He is not a guy I would put in the "ignore list." He has been right on with a lot of his posts and has some great insight on the NYJ.
