With the lockout dragging on, it looks more and more likely that IDP FAs will stay home.

If Morrison stays in Jacksonville do you think it likely he will continue to lose snaps in the nickel? His tackles plummeted last season.

All the more reason to get a deal done soon. I don't see players staying home just because free agency is shortened though.

It's not that free agency is shortened as much as concerns that there won't be time to learn the playbook and get enough reps in a new scheme before the season starts.Hard to say on Morrison. If the 2010 rules are used and the RFAs are off the market, Morrison almost certainly stays in Jacksonville. His subpackage role will depend on Russell Allen, who could very well be the second every down player. Morrison's upside isn't more than a decent LB2 if he plays every down, so he's not a great risk-reward value right now.
