One back down: Broncos HC Josh McDaniels said he expects RB Knowshon Moreno to miss Sunday's game. 5 minutes ago via web

I might have to start him as well. But I really want him to suck so that way they will give the bulk of the carries to Moreno when he is healthy. If he is ever healthy.

good news frankly. would rather have him healthy for the rest of the season.

Plus as bad as maroney looked last week, I can't imagine he's gonna do anything to unseat Moreno.

anyone else find it strange that JM (mentored by hoodie) is donating this information mid week vs. a GTD / ?able. he did this last week also.

i can't see bill doing something like this.

 As a Moreno owner, I'd rather he rest the extra week and let Lawrence "2 YPC" Maroney meander through the game taking the brunt of an angry Tennessee defense.

even if Moreno comes back healthy from these hamstrings and doesn't re-injure himself, I think he probably finds himself in a full-blown RBBC

Absolutely no reason to think this, other than the fact that he looked winded the first two weeks quite often due to the fact that he missed training camp... It will take him 3 to 4 weeks to get in football shape but if he stays healthy which is looking like a big if, he is not coming out of the game for Maroney or Buckhalter for anything but a short rest...

he's not that good and not that reliable. neither are the other guys, but mcdaniels actually trusts maroney

He runs much harder than either of the other two at this point. Buckhalter doesnt seem to have it anymore and Maroney falls down if someone breathes on him, he may not be elite or great but he is much better than his competition.

I'd much rather see him wait for another week (or even two). Let Maroney continue to not win the job away from him against the Ravens (and maybe the Jets) and be 100% before coming back.
