Some people are able to guage how different owners "value" him based off of who they are starting over him and starting him over. Myself and many others have contributed plenty of discussion of his value going forward, including dynasty value. When a player is a relative newcomer to the FF realm getting insight into how other owners deal with him is helpful IMO. If anyone is hijacking, it's you, and now me with my response.

Thank you for the update. Not the best news for those of us starting Green, but I'd imagine Royal won't play a full snap count even though he's playing.

I would disagree. He has scored 8, 14, and 10.5 the last three weeks in standard. He certainly has redraft value for those in a TE jam.

Don't get down just yet...one of the reasons Green is an appealing TE/flex play is his big-play ability. All it takes is 1 long TD catch...we've seen him do it before.

I think we all need to slow our roll a bit until we see his snap percentages after Royal gets back. People around here and other threads are talking like the 2 TE formation is now their base offense. Reality is most of those snaps were LG working from the slot in the role Royal normally plays. Until/unless LG proves to have overtaken Royal or Gates on the depth chart he is high risk for a bust any given week.

Green was probably a recent pickup in redraft leagues, right? So then the issue becomes do you put him in over other guys and roll the dice. And who would you consider putting him in over? Sorry if you board police don't like it but who he is being started over in the next three weeks is directly related to his value in redraft. Why don't you just ignore those posts instead of complaining about them? There are a lot worse tendencies in the shark pool than offering comparison of what kind of decisions you are facing and what you are doing with them in the fantasy playoffs.
