If he's healthy he's arguably the best runner on the roster in Chicago, Detroit or New Orleans. But likely only for one year (he's aging, presumably rookies will get better). So as a short-term answer at RB 3/4 he'd certainly be worth owning IMO.

Fairly high(5th/6th/7th round) if he lands in Chicago/Detroit, wait and see in NE(it certainly would be bad news for Maroney owners), meh in New Orleans(I think Bush/Thomas/Deuce are more than enough in that stable). Pretty cut and dry...if Lamont has anything left in the tank, he could pull a Lamar Smith and put up decent numbers in the right situation. I don't think that body has anything left in the tank, however...it's too bad...he peaked while he was stuck behind an all-time great in NY. If he puts up big numbers in week 1 or 2, it'd probably be wise to do the same thing we did with him last season.

No apology needed, and that's why I just wanted to get the links up...about 40 posts between the two threads so you might get more info that you are looking for in them...people just tend to not want to repost in 3 different threads.
