Hope this isn't too Assistant Coach, but who else is taking a flyer on Dunbar this week?

Reading good things about his explosiveness and ability to get to the edge, lthough that's not really been shown so far.

Is anyone else risking a start, other McCoy owners like me for instance. Who you starting him over?

any word on if he is starting or felix jones is able to play yet? I'm guessing we need to wait until tomorrow? Can't find any info from today.

Some places suggest he would only be a desperation rb3/flex. He hasnt had good numbers this year but everywhere is saying he would start ahead of tanner. I dont know how tanner ended up in the doghouse but dunbar is ahead of him now...

the only thing i can see is that tanner ended up in the doghouse for failing to get in the endzone when given the chance.

Coach Jason Garrett attributed Phillip Tanner's Week 9 demotion to special teams duties.Garrett apparently didn't want to overwork Tanner on offense, preferring instead to go with Lance Dunbar as the change-of-pace back. Actually like Dunbar myself. May roll him out in a couple leagues as a flex if Fragile Felix is out.

I've been pumping Dunbar since Murray went down though (reference my Anti Felix Jones thread). His pro-day numbers were more explosive than Tanner's and he's very versatile. Check some of the preseason highlights to get a read on his explosiveness.

Local D-II kid with a chip on his shoulder that has steadily climbed the depth chart. I'm interested to see how this plays out..

I might take a shot depending if Jones is out or not - we get pts for return yards and Dunbar has been the KR guy.

lol im desperate too but id rather take a shot on the other lance (ball) than dunbar imo
