Over the last 4 years Gruden's offenses have finished 10, 22, 23, 29 in the NFL. Maybe he should stop talking to Lane.

Just wondering what everyone else thinks. Explosive and offense don't go together when thinking of the Raiders, but could there be hope for Lamont Jordan (and maybe Moss too).

What do you expect him to say? I've never heard a press conference with a new head coach who says the offense he's installing will be slow, predictable, inefficient and ineffective. There is hope though, because it cant get any worse.

Lane has been the Minister of Misinformation for Al since he was 26! He's been secretly feeding Gruden bad advice since he left Oakland! "Sign Simms long term", etc.And people say Al has lost it. Crazy like a fox, I tell you!In all seriousness, I know people want to find a diamond in the rough, but the best fantasy prospect on this team right now is Chris Carr.In 15 team IDP leagues that start 4 cornerbacks.With points for return yardage.

OK.........first let me say that i`m a raider fan and i am trying to be optimistic about the up coming year and the hiring of Lane Kiffin...so i have been open minded and hopeful that this was a wise move(new blood and going younger as far as coaching)...but after finding this blog from USC fans i`m getting VERY concerned about Al Davis`s decision.
