Anyone know if you can parlay a prop bet?

For example, can you bet Seattle to win and combine it with Marshawn Lynch to win the MVP?

None of the online books that I use/ have used would allow this.

No, and it wouldnt make sense for them to do this.

You can parlay unrelated props on some sites, but not related props.

I mean, why on earth would they let you do that? Obviously if Lynch wins the MVP it means Seattle would have won the game.

Same reason why you can't parlay a game with the over/under if the spread is very large.
