Carr vs Hou (MNF in Mexico?? Hou is the much stronger pass D, BUT Carr is usually the better QB and it's MNF!)

I think I am pretty good either way, but who has the better ceiling here?

I would go Carr. I got Martin and Evans riding in this one and I´m really worried with Winston being inaccurate and losing the game for them. I have low expectations for the TB Off this week

Not sure. It's close for me but a lot will depend if Peters is out for KC. If he's out then I really would lean towards Winston personally. Texans are really good against the pass and if memory serves me correctly Carr doesn't go too well against good def, especially pass.
