The last few years I was puzzled as to why Tatum Bell could not take the starting RB job in Denver.
After watching the first 4 Lion games this year now I know why. If there is a big hole Bell can get through the hole with the best of them, very explosive.
That being said when the hole closes Bell stops and goes down pretty easy. On top of that Bell has mastered the knack of the costly fumble. Thow in that he has "hands of stone" and can`t pass protect and it is easy to see why Bell never could take the job in Denver.
With KJ rounding back into form I see Bell going back to being an 6-10 carry a game RB for Detroit, nothing more.
I ripped Shanny, but he may have been right all along.
