Fred Jackson, he was a top 3 fantasy back last year before his injury. The injury wasn't to a joint or tissue so he should be fine. He has low mileage as well.
Also like Steven Jackson. Doesn't have big upside, but is dependable. You can plug him in every week and get low end RB1 or high end RB2 points.
Turner is also a good pick if you look to move him midseason. There will be lots of GL carries for him, but I am worried about him wearing down late season
