I know its just one game but looking at the film it appeared that Alexander was much more active than David.

Is there reason to be concerned about David?

Alexander had 5 total tackles as did David (and as did DB Conte and LB Lansanah). I looked at the stats here at one point midway thru the 1st half, and Tennessee had run the ball on a grand total of two plays (and they were up 28-7). There ended up being 45 plays against TB with a tackle opportunity (13 completions, 32 runs). That's pretty low. Both LBs should have done better with all the runs in the 2nd half, but opportunity just wasn't there overall last week. It will get better going forward.

I realize that the stats were very similar and there weren't a lot of opportunities. I was more asking about the general activity of David. He didn't seem to be around the ball as much as usual. Alexander seemed to be the guy flying to the ball (even if the stats didn't bear it out).

I was talking more eye test then actual outcome. David just didn't look the same to me. I was wondering if anybody else noticed it.

I didn't see much of yesterday's game so I don't know if it was any different.

I've noticed on my team that he isn't recording many tackles yet. Definitely concerned - hopefully just game flow issues.
