Mike Tulumello, of the East Valley Tribune, reports the NFL has admitted a personal foul penalty against Arizona Cardinals DL Antonio D. Smith was a mistake, according to Smith. The penalty wiped out a 71-yard touchdown return by CB Antrel Rolle, which would have been his third of the game and an NFL record.
