Have a good chance to keep LW this year. With White playing this well, does it solidify him for next year, or could you see Henry coming in and stealing a good amount of his carries? You have to think they like White, however people on these boards seem to foam at the mouth in regards to what Henry has been doing in his limited action this year.

As a White owner, I would be interested to hear what some Tenn homers think about the RB situation next year.

This all depends on how many players you are allowed to keep. The answer to your question can only be answered with another question: Will he be committed to the offseason program, or will he show up fat(ter) and get off to a slow start in training camp?

I own him and would like to believe the answer is yes to the above question, but i have no reason to believe he will or won't - and given his brief history, I put those odds at less than 50/50 to the bad side.

He has demonstrated that he can carry the load, and is clearly a back that will get 25 carries a game in that system. He was a high pick, was taken by a coach that knows what he is doing, and an offensive coordinator that coached him at USC. He should be the starter there for a long time and will get all the goal line work. He has also shown that he can be a very effective blocker and will be used out of the backfield on occasion. His only weakness is the lack of long speed, but that is the reason they draft Henry...to be a change of pace and give defenses a different look. He punishes tacklers, and gets stronger as the game goes on. Remind you of another Titans runner?

Nice analysis though I must admit that I laughed when I read the bolded part.

Thats what I am hoping for. He would be one of the cheapest keepers in my auction league at a nice price of $15 in 2008(keep 2 and they are $10 more than what you paid for them the previous year)
