Lester no hitter through seven (1 Viewer)

102.... 5 outs....

Defensive subs (Coco to center.... Jacoby to left for manny) says they're gonna let him go for it unless it gets outtta hand pitch count wise.

112 pitches is season high this year.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a story. Should be made into a movie. Couldnt happen to a better kid. I watched the 9th inning and the kid was dealing. Im ashamed that I thought Kennedy was a better prospect than this kid. The Sox have really become the Yanks of the 00's

I'm guessing they're glad they didn't move him now....
He's still not that good. He's good early, usually throws a no-no through 2-3 then unravels.
He's 24 years old, throws mid 90s with a good cutter and curveball, pitched a game-clinching WS game and has now thrown a no-hitter. Oh yeah, and that little cancer thing probably set back his development a couple of years.I'd say his present is bright, let alone his future...

The sound you just heard is Clifton getting completely owned...

Great story, dude had cancer less than two years ago and now this.

Tek gets his 4th no-no, sets a MLB record

I believe the Sox farm is now responsible for 3 no-hitters in a row...

That's okay. Finless will be in shortly to defend his honor.
