**Lions at Bengals**(+10.5, 50) 4:25 (1 Viewer)

This gives me trap game vibes. Not to the extent that I'm gonna pick the Bengals to win, but I think they will be a lot more competitive than they have been the last 2 weeks. I think this is a huge game for Chase, in 1 of 2 ways, either he hits some big plays against a banged up secondary, or he doesn't and its time to stop considering him a WR1 in fantasy, which some have already.

I think Amon-Ra stays hot as the best WR east of Puka. But I think overall this game ends up being a little lower scoring than expected.

I'll take the Bengals to cover, and not just with a late score.

I disagree. The bengals are in disarray. I see the Lions running away with this one.

Start all your Lions
Bengals D is not very good
Lions will run and run some more
Goff will hit all his receivers all day
If you're a Bengals fan, don't watch this game

Detroit- 47

Bungles- 19

Just a couple words of caution on the Lions that I also mentioned in the team thread. Lions starting LG is doubtful today, backup will be going up against Trey Henderson. Also the Lions secondary is banged up, going against a pretty good duo of WRs. Lions do look superior in most of the other positional matchups.

I don't think there is a trap big enough which would enable the Bengals to win this game. I suppose it is possible the Lions could be flat and not completely dominate this game, but the Lions just need to look at the standings for motivation.

This is where I am at. I think the Lions win the game, but won't be surprised if it is closer than people expect and the Bengals cover the spread. Lions secondary is banged up and even bad teams play decent games once a month.

This is a game we need the coaches to win. With some key injuries in the secondary and Decker hurting, coaches will need to have back-ups coached up, ready and game plans in place that cover those weaknesses. Road games are never easy.

Someone on twitter said that the Bengals could be in the running for the #1 pick. Can't argue with him. The time Burrows comes back they will be eliminated from playoff contention.

Bengals could end up with most of their 1st downs on Lions penalties.
Cost Detroit at least 2 points there.

you have to wonder how many times the owner can watch Jake Brownjng unbuckling his chin strap as he runs off the field.

I think that unbuckling is the consummation of his haplessness.

Russell Wilson needs to be their QB by Tuesday. Browning is beyond awful. Its 1 thing when its the OL, but he isn't hitting open guys and is forcing it to doubled guys.
