Okay, now they are officially into "right in the face" territory.Technically, with 10 games to go they are "looking at 0-16 from afar". It'll be a few more losses before you get into "right in the face" territory.![]()
I hope they play the Patriots in Week 3 next year, so I can get myself a t-shirt that says "1-18".I wonder if we can buy 0-16 hats after the season?
Than they need to win.I watched most of the game this morning, mostly because I own Peyton Manning on my FF team. The Lions played hard the whole game. I feel bad; they don't deserve this. They are not one of the worst teams of all time, IMO.I would like to see them pull out a win next week. I think the Saints might present a good opportunity.
I'd like to know who you consider worst of all time then...teams don't usually take until week 15 to look like they should after training camp. Sure, they've had injuries, but so has many other teams...and they still aren't even seeing what they've got in last year's picks. This team can't decide from week to week if they want to be a contender or rebuild- and that's why I think they have earned the 0-16 label if it happens. They simply aren't using this season as a lesson to learn from.I watched most of the game this morning, mostly because I own Peyton Manning on my FF team. The Lions played hard the whole game. If they only lose by 32 it'll be an impressive show of skill at this point.
Travis Fisher if I recall correctly.I just heard about this:"one of the Lions players (can't remember which one) said he would walk 482 miles back to Detroit if they lost today"Anyone know who it is?
Hope Travis isn't busy for about a month.Travis Fisher if I recall correctly.I just heard about this:"one of the Lions players (can't remember which one) said he would walk 482 miles back to Detroit if they lost today"Anyone know who it is?
True. It's also darkest after a black hole collapses upon a galaxy, snuffing out all semblance of existence. But the "dawn" saying is true alsoit's always darkest before the dawn
He said this would happen if they won, not lost.He knew it wouldn't happen.Hope Travis isn't busy for about a month.Travis Fisher if I recall correctly.I just heard about this:
