Things I love about this:

1. I can tell immediately I'm not going to feel sorry for him.

2. The slow erosion of his smile (and the inverse relationship to my own).

3. I sort of know how it's going to end, but it's still surprising.

4. He lost the front freaking wheel.

5. The look on his friends face.

6. The car behind stops but "his" car keeps going.
