Assuming Garcia is just looking to dump off will he go to Smith 14 times this week? Smith seems to be his primary safely valve.

I have to think going to Garcia bumps up L.J.. He's possibly the only Eagle that benefits in this QB situation, although I think Westbrook will still do fine too. It's the WRs that drop off.

Now as far as Xs and Os, Garcia has rarely utilized the TE. I give it another week where he will utilize LJ, then the WRs will get more of a taste.
