Locked out of my house (1 Viewer)

I'm all for trying the credit card method first. If the deadbolt isn't locked, I have never been thwarted by a tricky door jam. Some have costed me some scraped knuckles from rocking the door back and forth while applying the jimmy action with card. Your driver's license is typically more pliable, and since you need new ones anyways....

Next is use ladder or nearby tree to get on roof and try windows, usually one is open.

Then call the locksmith, tell them you have proper ID and all that. Then when they show up just be that guy that is locked out of his house with his family including a toddler and 1 year old. I can't imagine if you just explain things reasonably and have some proof you recently purchased a home that they won't do it for you. If your speechcraft is leveled up enough you don't really even need proof. Once you are face to face with another human being it's a totally different story.

The Rook, people. Don't you people visit the Diaper Sniper thread? See if the the local PD has one. Great for getting into attics.
Um that link has a live chat feature. I am so tempted to go on there and just ask all sorts of crazy questions. :o
:lmao:

Can we save trolling live chat business websites until Friday?
I'd suggest not trolling the makers of the Rook. Do you see what this thing can do?
 :lmao:

That's fairly impressive.

 Hence me being "tempted" but staying far, far away from that troll-erama.

At least you can rest a bit more easy knowing that while you may be homeless and have obviously failed at life, parenting, marriage and humanity, you are the reigning FFA WIS World Champion.

Who loses their house keys?
Had a crabby kid on the plane and wife and I were in different rows. I had my 3 year old next to me, she had the 1 year old in lap behind me. She passed the kid to me at one point and we were looking for things to entertain him. Keys were tried. Keys were forgotten.
I always get stuck by this scenario on the plane. I really feel badly for parents...no idea why you would fly anywhere until kids are old enough to entertain themselves. I like the idea of getting the mail to show the lock smith.....

You can also bust most locks by putting a flat head screwdriver in the key slot and then smashing it with a hammer. You can then just twist the screwdriver and let yourself in.

I did this as a kid. Worked for me. But the parents were less than happy. Much less.

What about your set?
When he hyphenated his last name he also promised to share a set of keys.

while you and your kids were undressing to get in the bath together, maybe the keys fell out of your pocket. see if the kids maybe found them.

We are flying on the same plane from Monterey to Phoenix this afternoon. New plan is we are hoping the keys are still in the seat back of 7D or 7F
This worked in Knuffle Bunny Free
