Looking for specific fantasy article (1 Viewer)

About a month ago I read an article somewhere that did some analysis on the history of good running backs on bad offenses. The point of the article was that the Cleveland Browns having a low-scoring offense last year was not a good reason to not draft Richardson. Now I can't find it, despite some serious googling.

Anyone else see this and have a link?
