Would be nice if you would have posted the rest of the article which states that his toe is really hurting him and his number of touches will depend on how his toe holds up on the Buffalo turf.
always good to give the community the WHOLE story. I think Bush is looking better and better this week.

Darren McFadden (turf toe) was present as the Raiders commenced practicing Friday.
It's a good sign that McFadden didn't come out of Thursday's practice too sore to continue working today. He took 70 percent of the Raiders' first-team practice reps yesterday. McFadden could still be listed as questionable, but is a good bet to start Sunday against the Bills. Sep. 19 - 2:32 pm et
I had seen the OPs quote floating around, when a person forgets a link, it's just as easy to find it yourself than moaning about no link.
Darren McFadden (turf toe) was "limited" in Raiders practice Friday.
His playing status for Sunday will likely down to an issue of pain tolerance. This is looking like a situation to avoid because the Bills rush defense is strong. If McFadden is "up," he's looking more like a flex play than a RB2 now.

Michael Bush-RB- Raiders Sep. 19 - 4:37 pm et
Raiders coach Lane Kiffin said Friday Michael Bush could start Sunday's game against the Bills with Darren McFadden (turf toe) acting as a "change of pace back."
Kiffin revealed that McFadden barely practiced Friday and he will be a game-time decision Sunday. If McFadden does play, he'll need a painkilling injection to do so. This is now looking like a situation to avoid if McFadden is active. If Bush starts, we still won't rank him in our top-25 backs in a tough matchup. He'd be an average flex play.
Upgraded to probable. Looks like he will play, the pertinent question becomes how much?
Raiders | McFadden probable for Week 3 (KFFL) Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (toe) was limited during practice Friday, Sept. 19. He is listed as probable for Week 3 and is expected to play Week 3.
Will likely be RBBC this week to give McFadden a shot at leveraging his talent on field, but not so much as to exacerbate his toe. Bush is a capable runner and is able to split the load.
