He sure isn't on the football field.

What's the deal? I thought they were designing plays "just for him"...

I own him in a dynasty and am beginning to wonder if he'll even make the team. Chatman looks serviceable in the backup role...like Michael Turner-lite.

Anyone know if there's a good reason that Lorenzo's been MIA?

It's strange, I expected to see him as well. He'll make the team, that's not in question. But I think it's clear that he won't just walk into a backup spot now.

the only news I have heard on him recently was that he was missing some practice because of the birth of his first child

I think you're correct. That is surprising considering the lack of talent behind Brown.

I gotta tell you Anthony,it's making me nuts. I knew he was struggling running betweenthe tackles but you would think he would at least sniff some 4th quarter carries ?!!?

He had a baby and missed the walk through for this game, thus by team rules couldn't play. It sounds like he's breaking ankles and making plays in practice. I have no idea what to expect from him this season, but I wouldn't let tonight or the last game bother me at all.

Above is why he didn't play yesterday.

Got him near the top of the third, actually.I certainly wasn't expecting him to start "anytime soon for Miami", but this is the preseason and his absence was conspicuous, to say the least, especially to anyone with an interest in seeing what he can do against NFL-quality defenses. Regardless, thanks for the quality input
