the teams that dont make the playoffs go into a lottery for draft postions.

worst team gets 4 balls

2nd gets 3 balls

3rd gets 2 balls

4th gets 1 ball

looking for something like the draft order programs that will email the people. Rather than just trusting the commish to pull names out of a hat without anyone present.

go to a dice server from a wargaming or D&D type site like irony (http://www.irony.com/igroll.html). they will email results and some sites log them on the server as well. Roll a 10 sided dice and just include in the message that rolls 1 through 4 are last place team 5-6-7 are next to last, etc. Roll it once to determine 1st place, then roll again removing the player who was picked. E.g., first roll comes up a 5 so the next to last place team is 1st. roll the next one as a 7 sided die. If you don't want to go through the trouble of rolling it with smaller numbers each time, just tell it to roll the 10 sided die about 15 times and go through the list picking the players who hit in the order that one of their numbers first appears.
