If you own LT, are in your league's Fantasy Bowl?

Nope. 2 leagues

league 1: LT didn't make it. Went 7-6-1

league 2: LT made playoffs but got knocked out this week to the Peyton owner

 
I voted yes. My team beat him in 1 league, so no there. My team lost to him in another league, so yes (I would have won had I started D Clark instead of a last minute change to Graham at TE ... stupid, stupid, stupid!)

 
Have him in 2 leagues.... in two superbowls.

In my 3rd league the LT owner is NOT in the superbowl though

own LT in 1 (in the bowl)

LT is in the bowl in only 1 other league

so 2 out of 5

 
LT owner in my league lost in the semi's this week. His team was pretty bad outside of LT. Averaged about 100 points a week, 30 to 50 of those from LT.

 
League 1: Super Bowl (I play against him)

League 2: Super Bowl

League 3: Super Bowl (beat me by 1 point this week)

League 4: Semifinals (Week 17 SB)

ETA: Also worth noting that the top 18 in the Subscriber Contest all have him on their roster.

Somehow I was able to draft LT first over all and then trade away Farve after his two huge weeks early and get SJAX :thumbdown:
 
in the firals in all 3 of my leagues (one with me as owner, i play against him in another). i had him in the subscriber contest, but didn't make the 1000 cut.

 
He has carried my team this year. I had the 2nd overall pick and was happy when he fell to me. I also drafted MJD who has helped my team alot.

 
I had LT in 3 leagues this year. I made the Super Bowl in 2 of those leagues.

In the league in which I got bounced from the playoffs....the rest of my usual studly team layed down this week: Favre, L.Johnson, Driver, Roy Williams, & Gates. It was a keeper league (thus explaining how I had LT, LJ, Gates, Roy W & Driver on the same team).

 
In the 4 leagues I made the playoffs that ####er's knocked me out of 2 this week and next week I face in the league championship in one league and the semi's in another (Wk 17 championship). He'll probably knock me out twice next week too. :D

I'm curious did the teams that drafted LT and didn't make the playoffs have injury issues or did they just draft lousy teams?

Bad matchup (I know ... :D ). I was the 2nd highest scoring team, but because of matchups I ended up as a wild card (#6 seed) and thus after I won my first round matchup I had to play the top scoring team. I had a decent lead going into last night, but Harrison took care of that. He scored 69, I scored 63 and the next highest scoring team last week was 50.

LT + (Portis) + Caddy + RhodesHolt + CJ + BurressShockey + Cooleyand our league's top scoring IDP crew ...were not enough for our LT owner to make it...lost last night to the Harrison owner by less than 0.5 points...
 
I'm an LT2 owner in one league that made it, while I am facing the LT2 owner in another league where I made it thanks to Rudi and Harrison last night.

LT owner was #3 pick in 12 man. This was his roster at the end of week 14. Roethlesburger, Cutler, A.SmithLT, Tom Jones, MaroneyPlax, Stallworth, Chambers, Crayton, RobinsonV.Davis, H.MillerAkersRavens D His 1st 4 picks were LT, MIKE ANDERSON, Chambers, Tom Jones

I'm in the bowl in two leagues. One i have LT & frank gore the other i have frank gore and willie parker.

Also, i'm one win away from being in another championship. I have LT and gore in that league also.

 
The LT owner (me) and the LJ owner both got bounced this week.

We had the 2 best records in the league, most points by far (I scored 20 less than he did, the #3 scorer was more than 100pts behind me), and we both had a 1st round bye.

I can blame my WRs though. Colston, Fitz and Branch -- none of them saw the end zone this week, and I lost by 6.

The #3 and #5 seeds are in the championship game next week. Me and the LJ owner play for 3rd place.

 
I have LT in 2 leagues. Made the finals in one (beat the SJax owner) and now face the Manning/LJ owner. Lost in my other league to the Manning/Harrison/Westbrook owner. My record in that league was 12-2 and won the total points title in a landslide (over 200 point lead). Also scored over 100 points every week of the season including my loss in the playoffs last night. That's never been done before in my league.

 
I have LT2 and I am in my league Super Bowl this week.

I went 14-1 and outscored my 10 team league by over 300 points.

The only week that I lost was Week 3.....LT had his bye that week......

LT owner made it the superbowl in 4 out of 9 leagues for me.

The only league I owned him in I lost in the semi's. :lmao:

 
The LT-owner was 1-and-done in my league and more than showing that it takes more than one player, to my mind, it shows what a crap shoot fantasy playoffs are in a competitive league.

The guys team was more than solid beyond just LT and with LT it was dominant. He had the best record in the league by a 3-game margin, lead the league in scoring (scoring something like 24 points per game more than the #2 team) and got a first round bye. He plays his first game in round 2 against the #5 seeded team and gets the usual 30+ game from LT...but his other 6 starters combine for 31 points, he's the lowest scoring team for the week and he loses to the 2nd lowest scoring team for the week. Season over.

It's the 3rd time in 4 seasons the #1 seed hasn't made the finals.

I guess that's why I focus on consistently making the playoffs rather than titles...once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen.

On the plus side...I made the finals and now have a better shot at winning it all than I would have had I been facing the LT-owner. :popcorn:

 
I'm in with LT2, but this is a keeper league where I kept him, Tiki and CJ. Also drafted Driver, Shockey, Gore, Glenn, Barlow and KWII out of the 11 spot. Since then, I picked up Romo (to back up Bledsoe at the time) and traded CJ, Winslow and Barlow for TO, Lee Evans and Gonzo in mid-season. Needless to say, the supporting cast is there.

In my redraft, the Tomlinson owner didn't even make the playoffs (7-6), but that was more a funtion of poor drafting and an injury here and there.

 
Had him in one of my big $ locals. Got me to the semis, where I lost to the:Peyton/Gore/Betts/T.O./Coles squad. Tomlinson sure did light it up ... 199 and 2 scores ... but Brees/Chester/Fragile/Fitz/Booker just didn't show up this week for me.

Gotta say ... this was the first year I ever had a pick higher than #5. I play strictly in redrafts, and, man ... Tomlinson sure spoiled me this year. If I don't snag that #1 pick next year, it just won't be the same. He's that special.

 
i don't own LT, but both $$$ leagues i'm in the LT owner is in the Championship game...

1 i'm playing the LT owner...

1 the LT owner knocked me out :thumbup:

 
In the two leagues I own LT2, I am in the finals. Those two teams also have McNabb, Peppers, and Ulracher.

 
I scored a ton of points this week, but the combination of two players ejected me from the fantasy playoffs for the first time (ever). I'll give you a hint... they are both Colts. So bitter!!!

 
I just lopped off the head of the LT owner this week. I was nervous going into Monday night, had to have P. Manning and Harrison get a combined total of 39 points, which they did fairly easily. His team, I felt, was the team to beat in the playoffs.

I played the Sj owner in two leagues and managed to beat them both. One trip to the semis* and one to the finals. All I can say is thank you to all the naysayers that speculated Rivers would doom the Chargers and LT fell to me at 1.04. * I actually won the league (against SJ and Westy) but now go to a 4 team League Winner playoff for the ultimate prize. One giant league with 4 individual, separate leagues. 2 of the 4 winners are LT owners, which will cancel out of course if/when we play each other. I'm hoping to avoid that...
 
Two years in a row LT owner in championship game (10 team/redraft).

Then again, two years in a row the LJ owner is in the championship game.

 
In the three leagues I am in, LT only will be playing in one Super Bowl (on my team of course!)

He did not have enough to cover in my other two leagues. The Detroit Lions / Packers game killed me with four players going. Cincy's performance hurt the other LT owner in my other league.

:confused: I got SJax (& Westbrook) going against LT for the championship.
 
I'm in the finals in two leagues. Both matchups are LT-free. I knocked him out in the semi-finals in one league; in the other, the team didn't make the playoffs despite being 3rd in total points.

In one league, I have Rudi/Gore/FWP and my opponent has SJax.

In the other league, I've been limping along with various combinations of Ronnie Brown/Sammy Morris/Dunn/Fred Taylor - my opponent has Westbrook and McGahee. I had McNabb and started 8-1 - I'm 2-4 since then, backed into the playoffs and was lucky to squeak through last week - opp got hosed by McNair, Fitz and Housh.

 
LT is my gravy train. I've been holding on to him in my keeper league for 5 years now. This season marks my 4th appearance in the Championship game -- and another year of cashing a healthy check, regardless of whether I win or lose.

what's that song? I love LA? Well, yes, I love LT!

 
Well I am in 3 championship games. I have LT in two of them and I am playing against him in the third. Right now you can't bet against him.
