LVP - FF Trash Player of the Year (1 Viewer)

Excluding guys like OBJ, David Johnson or Aaron Rodgers who were injured.

Who would you nominate?

Ameer Abdullah? Dez Bryant? Amari Cooper? Tyler Eifert? Mike Evans? Marshawn Lynch? Marcus Mariota? Adrian Peterson? Terrell Pryor?

My early round picks worked out OK, so I’ll go with Doug Martin. Think his ADP was around the 6th-7th, I thought he was a great value in the 8th.

Ignoring injuries and taking draft position into account, it's hard to imagine anyone coming close to Cooper for this.  Often drafted at the turn, and stank most of the season.

Evans underperformed, but still turned in decent wr2 numbers.

My personal worst investment of the year was Cooper. I had two teams finish in top 20 of a 7200 team contest that took him in round 2 so for me no one will really come close as him for LVP of the year.

Jordan Reed would be my runnerup. Used some premium picks on him for what amounted to one good game and a wasted roster space for 16 weeks because I kept holding on.

Well he was only a 5th round or later pick but how about Paul Perkins? Some people thought he was going to be a great value pick. Healthy scratch the last 6 weeks.

ETA: bad memory - His consensus ADP on 9/1 was 81.

I went Julio, cooper, Fournette, Pryor, Abdullah(might have been a round or two after) in one league. Worst team I had of the three. Only hit on fournette(for a bit) wentz and ertz.

Positionally (and theoretically draftable)

QB - Ryan

RB - Abdullah, Martin

WR - Evans, Cooper, Dez, Pryor

TE - Reed

At the beginning the year, you probably would have liked this team, despite a weakness at RB.

When determining LVP, I have to consider projections & ADP.

I don’t consider injuries.

Gotta be Dez Bryant. Expectations were high, experts ranked highly, developing young QB, played every game.

still sucked eggs.

Dez is my #1 LVP candidate.

Same guy I voted in preseason in Terrelle Pryor.

IMO The easiest avoid in fantasy I can remember in recent memory. Saw him going Round 3 in a couple leagues. Just nuts.

Dez would be my runner up. He's definitely lost a few steps AND isn't in a ripe fantasy situation with Dak. Think he'll STILL be overdrafted next season as well.

Lamar Miller. He sucks so bad Alfred Blue was out playing him at the end. I flat out cut the wuss and picked up Tion Green even though the odds are the lions draft a top RB in 2018. Odds are also that the Texans send Miller to the unemployment line.

Not one mention of DeMarco Murray yet. He was a consensus top-15 overall pick, and was basically a fringe starter all year, who most owners were hoping would get injured, because they also had Henry.

Pryor was probably the worst overall. He literally had zero usefulness, and was going in the 1st 4 rounds universally. At least other guys who disappointed had at least a few decent games. Pryor was no better than just deciding to take a pass on your pick.
