So far, he's been great and with Sheffield heating up it should only lead to more opportunities for RBI's. Anyone have some year end projections for this guy?

I'm thinking:

.300 avg, 100 runs, 26 HR, 115 RBI...

I have the opportunity to get him or Dunn in a deal and am leaning towards Maggs given his spot in the Tigers lineup and his average (I don't need the extra HR's Dunn provides at the cost of avg., and I'm okay on SB's).

Any Tiger homers have any other insights?

I'll try to use some history as a homer. I separate fantasy value and real value pretty well with all my teams and I won't draft players from my teams if they aren't any good. Here is what I said before the season:

With Mags hitting behind or in front of Sheff his numbers will be good. He had a plus .350 OBP last year and I thought he would be closer to .380 this year with Sheff. I don't think he's going to hit 40 HRs, but he might hit around 25 and he should be among the league leaders in RBIs all year with Granderson, Polanco, and Sheff hitting in front of him. Tigers could switch things around later and hit Guillen third, Sheff fourth, and Mags fifth but then he'd have I-Rod behind him and one more potential RBI in front of him. Right now he's hitting better than he ever has in his stay in Detroit. If he continues to use the gaps at Comerica he'll have a great season.

Thanks for the words. I definitely think his situation has improved over last year with Sheffield in the mix and he's always been a pretty productive hitter average wise.
