.Rivers has not looked awful. Having an UNDRAFTED rookie left tackle for the first 3 weeks due to injury did not help things, but "awful" is an overstatement.Perhaps you like your trade more because you got a better receiver than Floyd and not because Rivers is "awful."
True, if a QB rating of 115+ is "awful" last week. Over the course of the year he's only had a QB rating of less than 100 once. Awful.

I'm actually buying Meachem. I think Rivers is just looking bad because his timing is off. He doesn't go from a great QB, to nothing in 4 games. From what I'm reading, Meachem is out-running Rivers balls. Reminds me of Roethlisberger and Wallace before Wallace started producing.'scrumptrulescent said:
