Just wondering what everyone thought of the younger Vick.

Is he worth a late (as in very late) round pick in a dynasty league? I know he has had his troubles, but with Miami's QB situation, is there any chance he gets a shot?

It is VERY doubtful that he gets any shot at playing QB other than gimmick plays. I'd say being used as a slot WR is about as much as you can hope for.

we'll find out this year, I don't imagine the Fins waiting a long time for him to pickup a new position. If he progresses at all we should see him, he's that fast and athletic. As a QB, well I'd guess in minicamp at least they'll throw him a few plays to see how he does even if it's with the worst bunch of guys on the depth chart. Joey's gone, Daunte hasn't been anything in a good while......why not let him try a few plays.They need to get something out of him in 07 IMO. Special teams or even he could catch a screen on a handful of gimmick plays. Can he return kicks? I'd imagine the owner wants something for his money spent.Either way, the press sure notices him alot so we'll know if he throws a pass or blows his nose in practice. I wouldn't pick him up til then

Just a thought. In a league as deep as mine, with four rounds of draft, that 40th OA pick becomes such a crap shoot.

If you can afford to carry him on your roster I say why not follow your gut. If you listen to most of the moral police around here he doesnt' deserve a shot due to issues he had when he was in college. (like none of us did silly sheet in college.)

If you look at the wrs in Miami he is by far the fastest. I'm sure he has better hands than (stonehands Hagans) and if they dont draft a legit wr (meaning not a project) then he has an even better shot.
