In related news, Mario Cuomo has also died.
there was a point after or during Mario's run as Gov here in NY that we all assumed he was going to be POTUS. that he never even ran always made me think the guy had some serious skeletons. either way- always really liked the man as a politician. RIP and TP to the family.

Wow, that sucks. I've seen the Godfather like 100 times but never read his novel. I think in honor of his passing I will look to finally give it a read.

Was a tremendous baseball player, drafted by the Pirates and was likely going to be a big leaguer before he got hurt. Solid guy all around, one of the good representatives of the people.
